Shipping Policy:
We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail. Larger or heavier orders will be shipped via UPS ground shipping.
Refund Policy:
Due to the fact our ID Cards are custom made to fit your specifications we are unable to provide refunds for ID Cards. If it is found that K.J. Notary & I.D. made an error or a typo in
your ID Card order we will replace or exchange the items. The customer must email K.J. Notary & I.D. at sales@kjnotaryid.com within seven days after receiving the order to advise
us of the error. K.J. Notary & I.D. will not honor any replacements or exchanges past the seven days once your order has been received. K.J. Notary & I.D. will not be responsible for
any errors made by the customer when placing the order. The customer must ensure that all the information he/she provides K.J. Notary & I.D. is correct and accurate in spelling.
Merchandise which is not custom made such as card clips, lanyards, belt reels etc., can be returned for a full refund as long as it is in it's original packaging and it has not been
used. Merchandise must be returned within seven days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. The refund will be in the same method as the original order. Example, if
the customer paid for the order by credit card the refund will be credited to the customer's credit card. If the order was paid by check the refund will be made by check. K.J. Notary
& I.D. will not refund any shipping costs.
In placing an order with K.J. Notary & I.D. the customer is stating that he/she has the authority and permission to possess and provide the information, logos and photographs to K.J.
Notary & I.D. for the purpose of creating a custom I.D. Card. K.J. Notary & I.D. will not be responsible for any misuse or illegal activity by our customers.
The novelty ID Cards sold by K.J. Notary & I.D. is just that. They are not government identification cards but a representation which is to be used for entertainment purposes only.
CONTRACT FOR HIRE: The purchaser herein after referred to as natural person or I and K.J. Notary & I.D., whereas the natural person and issuing agents representatives have
voluntarily agreed to contract for compensation, and whereas, the Principal, an un/incorporated company, having the natural and statutory right to contract and be contracted with,
is desirous to be hired and receive compensation under this Contract for Hire for compensation as opposed to a contract of service for remuneration. Whereas, the natural person,
having the natural right to contract or be contracted with, desires to perform services in his capacity as a natural person under this Contract for Hire for compensation as opposed to
a contract of service for remuneration. Now, therefore, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the party or persons referred to as I
hereby agree as follows: Upon acceptance of this Agreement the parties named herein become entitled to all the benefits and privileges provided by the Principal, also a natural
person under this agreement, including without limitation, the following, mutual compliance with the Employment Standards Act or equivalent. Nothing contained in this
agreement shall be regarded as creating any relationship with the Principal, issuing agents, including without limitation, director/officer, franchisor/franchisee, join venture,
partnership, or shareholder, between the parties other than the natural persons relationship as set forth n this Agreement. The natural person understands the novelty id cards or
documents I am ordering are for novelty purposes only, and I shall not use these novelty id cards or documents for illegal purposes of any kind. I am not accessing or ordering this
material to use against the site operator or any person whomsoever in any conceivable manner. I will not redistribute this material to anyone nor will I use this material to
misrepresent my credentials, or ask any other person to use this material in an Illegal or improper manner. I am not accessing this material to commit any fraud or criminal activity
nor do I wish to misrepresent my education and understand that when ordering any novelty items I will sign the waiver below holding the site operator or its entity harmless by any
action caused by me. I am only ordering these items for my own amusement, educational, novelty, historical purposes. I will not copy, advertise, broadcast, transmit,
communicate, show or download any information from the database at including webpage's, fictitious images, text, or links for any other purpose except for my own amusement

discontinued I further understand all orders will be processed on a first come, first serve basis, in order of priority & the issuing agent will not be liable for delay due to backlog &
increase in demand of orders, which may result in delays for processing, however, the issuing agent will continue to provide the fastest possible service, and process orders in order
of priority on first come, first serve basis. The issuing agent disclaims all other representations, warranties, conditions or other terms, either express or implied, including, conditions
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the novelty products ordered. & I further understand that all orders paid by checks, money orders, cashiers
checks, will be held until cleared. I understand that orders addressed to an alias name may not be delivered by the post office, and it is my responsibility to advise the post office, if
I expect to receive novelty items addressed to an alias name, and I further accept all responsibility for lost or undelivered orders if sent to an alias name or address. In the event that
the novelty order has been returned to the issuing agent, I may request delivery again, and understand that a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. I also understand that for my
own security, privacy and protection, absolutely no confirmations will be sent via email, and I agree to make all further requests in writing to the address where my original order was
placed. The issuing agent reserves the right to change prices, conditions, and continue to update novelty id cards and documents at any time without any notice to me. The
issuing agent may request proof of payment and delivery to investigate any lost or misplaced order, and I understand that any delay in investigating this lost or misplaced order will
be at the discretion of the issuing agent, and the issuing agent reserves the right to provide me with a replacement order upon satisfaction that the order was lost or misplaced. The
issuing agent reserves the right to verify compliance with the original conditions of sale, and shall not be liable for any delays resulting from such an investigation. I relinquish my
right for an independent investigation by any company or organization not affiliated with the issuing agent, and retain my right for full confidentiality for my own privacy, security
and protection. I understand the issuing agent will not provide details of my novelty order to any government, law office, agency or bureau via mail, email or any other form of
written or oral communication. I will retain a copy of my novelty order form in the event that proof is required, and the issuing agent will not be responsible in any way whatsoever,
arising from delay in delivery or replacements. If I fail to provide proof in writing at the address where my order was placed, the issuing agent may request up to 90 days to
investigate, and at the discretion of the issuing agent a replacement will be shipped. I declare that I am not prohibited by any laws of my city, state, province or country to possess
any type of novelty id or documents for my in home exhibition and souvenir entertainment purposes. I further understand that any misrepresentation of my age or credentials may be
in violation of my local, state, provincial or federal laws, and I accept full responsibility for my actions. I hereby release the issuing agent, owners, designers, creators, webmasters,
isp providers, web hosting providers, contractors, and all of its agents and representatives directly, indirectly, from any and all liability which may arise out of placing my novelty
order. I acknowledge any misunderstanding or inaccuracy is adopted as my own responsibility. I agree to be bound by the above term and conditions. I acknowledge that no
promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been made or given by the issuing agent in relation to the use or inability to use, consequences or benefits to be obtained from

irrevocably acknowledged) the undersigned hereby indemnifies and saves harmless the Indemnities from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, costs,
charges, expenses, damages and liabilities whatsoever which the Indemnities may pay, sustain, suffer or incur by reason of or in connection with order of any novelty items,
including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all costs and expenses (including legal expenses on a solicitor and client basis) incurred in connection with any such loss
